      Pros

      Pay and benefits are fair. Company still supports a pension plan. Work is interesting, comparable to commercial. Engineering staff has integrity. New programs push the technology envelope.

      Cons

      You have to consciously manage your career or you can be pigeon-holed. Excellent senor management, mediocre mid-management (avoiding new processes).

      - Great Programs that bring consistent challenges - Good Benefits - Feels Stable - Employees at Space and Mission Systems division are incredible and fun to work with!

      - Got rid of Ball Aerospace Pension which is a huge mistake.
