Asked about past experienced and how it your experience related to this job. With alright on technical question just basic information to check if you known what you are talking about, as long as you don’t lie and able to show your worth you will get the job.

Very open and straight forward laid out expectations and long term opportunities but also explained very high maintenance standards and teams driving force. Facilities and shop seemed adequate and opportunity to move into higher paying roles were tangible.
