Pros
Excellent product but not delivered to its best iteration to clients. No other pros about the company itself as there are many flaws with the way the company has been run.
Cons
Bad management. Partiality shown from senior management to certain individuals despite skill set or experience. Lack of professionalism from senior management. Lack of processes. Often people are working their own agenda. Lots of of people are not really adding any value with the work they are doing.
