Best welcoming to a company I've ever had. So personal and friendly. The culture is inclusive, encouraging, and I work with the smartest people in GIS! Really talented & supportive co-workers.
Cons
Pushed hard occasionally and the pace can be high from time to time, but the work is fulfilling.
