We’re sorry to hear that your broader experience at Awaze didn’t meet your expectations. Feedback — both positive and critical — is vital as we continue to evolve and improve. While we acknowledge that there are always areas to work on, particularly in how we approach innovation and decision-making, we’re committed to creating a workplace where ideas can be shared openly and respectfully, and where teams feel empowered to contribute to change. Hopefully you have seen some of the work we are continuing to do through the Growth Runners, Town Hall Feedback sessions and AI Champions.
We also recognise that individual experiences can vary, especially during times of transition. In recent months, we’ve taken active steps to strengthen leadership behaviours and team engagement, and we’re encouraged by the feedback received in our recent mid-year reviews.
