      Lots to do, strain on resources - User Experience Designer Automation Anywhere Employee Review

      Pros

      • challenging and engaging work • great immediate team with lots of support and collaboration • polite and sincere good wishes from immediate team • pretty good compensation and bonus (even without 401k) • product is being used by many customers everyday

      Cons

      • difficult to make the big architectural changes in tech that everyone agrees is necessary, but just can't be prioritized • too much priorities that fight for attention • work life balance is not possible • regular late evening / early morning meetings (not unusual to have a 7:30am meeting and a 9:30pm meeting same day)... that's a 14hour work day...

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
