      Pros

      I recently joined this fast-growing RPA company after working many years at an iconic tech firm in the valley. From my initial phone interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager to the onsite interviews the excitement from the employees were palpable! Everyone seem very friendly and collaborative. I can’t wait to be part of the Go Be Great movement!

      Cons

      As with most startups there is a lack of sound processes that would help people execute on key initiatives. Adequate work space seems to be a challenge some areas.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
