Unfortunately, the company is not consistently living up to its stated values. Many business units continue to operate in silos, retaining a “small company” mindset from before their acquisition. There is noticeable resistance from some leaders to fully embrace and integrate into the “One Atturra” culture, particularly when revenue outcomes are prioritised above all else. As a result, behaviours that undermine collaboration—such as overstepping functions or disregarding cross-team impact—are often overlooked or tolerated. There are also instances of subtle or indirect workplace behaviours that can be perceived as bullying, which further affects trust and cohesion. Additionally, the HR function appears to be largely focused on operational delivery, with less emphasis on driving strategic people and culture initiatives that could help address these challenges.
