There are so many to name. In the short few months I've been here it has been nothing short of depressing. The team is over worked, they rarely get time to have lunch, or even a coffee break, and consistently work additional hours. There is no morale, and it's been the most depressing office I've ever stepped foot in. Senior management make you come into the office 2x week but there is no effort to utilize this time to collaborate, bond or anything else for that matter - so it makes the exercise very counter productive. Oh, and they also have a seating plan like in school - so bizarre!
Beyond this, management are inexperienced in leadership, lack long term thinking, and really don't understand how to run a team. This lack of skillet has created a hostile environment, where those that are toxic are highly valued. And when their toxic behavior has been raised, management are quick to brush it under the carpet and never speak of it again, even though this toxic individual has had a negative impact on every member of the team' especially if you're female. It's the first time in my career that I've experienced a misogynistic individual in the workplace, and I have to say Attentive have a lot of work to do with their culture and understanding what true equality and equality really is. A lot of women left the London office, because of toxic masculinity. Someone win HR needs to take control and really make an effort if you want to cultivate a positive working culture. But, I'm not really sure they care about their employees well-being - I mean the CEO even said in an all hands once that we should all work late into the night, even midnight if we have to.
If you value work life balance, true equity and diversity and a positive and collaborative working environment then look else where. This is not that!
