Pros
Some good coaches, some bad coaches. Lots of overtime.
Cons
Favortism at the workplace. Added new metrics to curb cheating, but they hurt nearly everyone. Was a good company till then on the Premier support side. The Que is outrageous as I am writing this and they expect you to do back to back calls for your entire shift. I average about 40-50 calls per day at the moment. The Que is so bad they pull tech leads and Coaches off the phones to take calls. They have hiring events but out of the last one they had 100+ bodies show up and only hired two people. severely understaffed.
