Pros
Fast paced company with many opportunities to move (until the director level). Unlimited PTO is one of the best perks here, and the pay if very good compared to other companies in the industry.
Cons
Never ending changes to the business model. You can walk into a department and feel the tension from the workers due to stress. The processes change so much you can practically make things up as you go. A lot of the managers are unmotivated and that trinkles down to the team. A lot of chaos and confusion.
