Pros
They provide a fast-paced and flexible environment. Working hours are acceptable plus the pay is good. not to mention you get to enjoy free lunch on a daily basis (the food is really good). You will also be doing a lot of things here, so basically it can build your resume. Get yourself ready for thrilling adventures and challenges. Make sure to have strong values and morale. This opportunity was beneficial on my part because I realized what I wanted to do and i dont like to be. I walked out of the office happily and thankful for the organization.
Cons
I only worked here for a short time and I knew it wasnt the right fit. I actually applied with the hope that I will be doing more of marketing (that is my strongest point) but only to alloted my time to general administrative tasks. It did trained my google docs and Microsoft Office proficiency tho, but again it was not what i wanted. While it gives you a challenging environment, the atmosphere was reactive rather than the ideal proactive. I remember how one of the founders slammed books on the table after finding out that someone came to check on the office dog (like it was our fault). There would also be passive aggressive remarks every now and then ( a lot of it) and racist comments.
