Asian Box interview questions

Went in person to interview and was told to wait. Very informal and distracting environment. Manager seemed nice and involved, asked basic questions about experience and mindset. The interview lasted only about 10 minutes. Ended the interview asking about strengths and weaknesses.

It was detailed and direct. They asked pointed questions and asked follow up to clearly understand my answers. Two co-founders interviewed me for an hour and it was more like a "chat" than an interview. Nothing offensive, two nice guys, but they are very direct and open about what they want and what they need to know.
