      Good coworkers, good area to work in. Regularly had little potlucks and things brought in

      Cons

      Management is extremely unprofessional and share your personal business amongst other employees. No proper training and essentially get thrown to the wolves when you start out. Also, HR is a scam. They do not make their employees feel valued and respected when trying to submit a complaint. Just overall catty behavior from management and higher up.

      Cons

      fast-paced environment, consistently adapting to meet the needs of the member and their health plans. Requires a passion for serving others and a competitive spirit.
