Interviewed with Arkos Health and found the process to be longer and more frustrating than expected. I completed four rounds of interviews and invested a significant amount of time preparing throughout the process. Communication initially seemed positive, but I later received a late night email stating that the position had been closed.
I understand that hiring needs can change, but after multiple interview rounds, candidates deserve more transparency regarding timelines and decision making. The process ultimately felt disorganized and emotionally draining, especially in today’s job market where candidates are already investing a lot of time and energy into interviews.
My advice to future candidates would be to ask upfront about the number of interview stages, hiring urgency, and whether the role is fully approved before proceeding through multiple rounds.
