Pros
From my experience there wasn't a lot of pros infact just one, that would be fellow colleagues. My colleagues was kind, fun and easy to get along with, they made me feel welcome.
Cons
Well, management had no care but for they selves and for the stores interlinking to them selves (bonuses). The manages had no control of the store or how it worked, or had the slitested idea of how to manage a thing.
