Stable company with a visionary stance on growth and development. Promotes values and respects and harnesses individuality. Flexible working hours and great environment to work in.

Cons

Low rate pay as it is retail. Even at management level they salaries aren't that great. Some unsociable hours. The worst part is that the customers don't see everything that happens behind the scenes.

Pros

They are welcoming at the start of your contract, with the impression that they will push you forward and make your work right for you.

Cons

Everything is a lie. Expect hours being cut. Expect terrible, unqualified management that are incapable of doing their jobs. Expect drama, people getting in each others business. And expect to have literally no rights whilst you work there!
