Pros
Loved the job, and loved fellow employees. Fast paced, easy job once you got the hang of the computerised headset.
Cons
Management is shocking. They couldn’t organise a kids party in a chocolate factory. Rotas were late, badly organised and didn’t take into account prior engagements. Online health & safety training/job related training is arduous and irrelevant. Wages were often wrong and never sorted out making my pay less than minimum wage. Payslips needed a degree to understand. Night staff in particular are treated as second class citizens.
