Pros
There is always something to learn with a cross-functional team. The culture is very person-focused. There is an understanding that as long as work is being completed and the team is aware of the status of deliverables, the unlimited PTO policy can be utilized. The quality of work produced is unlike any other agency I've worked at, there is care and attention brought to every deliverable. As part of the leadership team, we try extremely hard to empower the team and have made check-ins to ensure that we slow down so we can speed up and share knowledge. The culture is one of availability as far as leadership is available to the team if they have questions and will always assist the team. We work hard, we have fun, and we ensure our clients' marketing efforts are successful.
Cons
An agency setting can be hard to work in if you're unprepared for it or aren't the type of person who can deal with competing deadlines and dealing with clients who can be very exacting.
