Leadership extends a high level of trust from the start, and that trust goes both ways. Innovation and taking initiative are built into how the company operates. If you're someone who likes to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and drive things forward without layers of bureaucracy, you'll find a lot of room to do that here and grow throughout the process. Company policies are fair, and I've never had Benefits this generous. It's not complicated...meet expectations, be transparent, and you'll never have a problem. Leadership isn't looking over your shoulder, they're invested in your success as collectively if we're all successful then the entire company thrives. If you need a lot of hand-holding, this might not be the best fit for you. But if you're self-motivated and value a culture built on mutual respect and accountability, this is a great place to grow.

As the headline reads, you will LOVE this company if you are a motivated, self-starter and value teamwork. Everyone is extremely friendly, resourceful, and happy to show you the ropes. Leadership is constantly showing their gratitude and kudos to their employees. Benefits are great. Offers remote flexibility which is always nice!

I personally don't experience any cons with this company because this aligns with the type of work ethic I have. Each role in ANY company comes with its forms of challenges, but if you expect to come to work and coast from 9-5pm, this is probably not the best environment for you to thrive in. Everyone is SO hardworking and motivated.
