      Pros

      Some smart people and one or two nice ones

      Cons

      Some arrogant people who overpower others. People want to make sure you know they work in weekends and late at night. Posers.

      Collaborative Workplace!

      Pros

      -Collaborative workplace with teammates -Feel like you're a part of the team and important to the company, no matter your position - Entrepreneurial spirit -Co-working space! -Management is open to any ideas or suggestions -Exposure to Training/Certifications that most companies do not provide or offer to you. -The amount of learning that will be had at this company and in any position is endless, so take it all in and take notes! -Rapidly growing company and the possibility to grow with the agency!

      Cons

      If you are someone who enjoys having an office/cubicle, then you may not enjoy the co-working space feel, but in my opinion, it helps keep my day going, and you will vibe off the remarkable energy in this space!

      Best start to my career I could have asked for

      Pros

      Great way to learn about startups and the digital marketing industry, especially the search, paid advertising, and content side of things. You get to sit in meetings with C-level executives from major brands Excellent mentorship for your career You get to work in a really cool office with unlimited coffee! Ability to work from home when necessary Bright future for the company

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it has more of a startup/ small business atmosphere instead of a corporate one (if that's what you're looking for). There is a bit of a learning curve- you need to take three exams to earn certifications from Google and Hubspot but they are relatively straightforward
