- Lack of transparency and honesty between management and bullpen. Everyone is just putting up a front, because management don't foster a positive, trust-based culture. - Management don't walk the talk. - Little growth opportunities. - Many structural impediments to individual learning. - Problems are solved with quick fixes, leaving the fundamental problems untouched and left to get worse and worse. - No safe space to talk about issues - your words will come back to haunt you despite your best intentions. Toxic environment all round. HR is ineffectual. - Rock-star personalities don't nearly get enough criticism, instead they are shielded and that often results in their fixed mindset and narcissistic behaviour.

Pros

Most people were nice and kind. My manager was okay and as supportive as they could be. It wasn't the worst place to work.

Cons

Leadership and new business management felt non existent. Truly did not feel secure with that team leading the ship. did not feel heard or like my insight mattered. Scopes never made sense and were so vague and their clients take advantage every time. Absolutely no boundaries. It's comical. Often times the work they were doing might as well have been free. You wonder why profits are low and clients jump ship to better agencies?!
