No training. Unsafe work environment. Poor management and unfriendly colleagues. You are given no training on the tills, this is left to other staff. Manager was accusing people of theft via a WhatsApp group. If you work on your own at night, the shop door does not lock. It is impossible to get hold of anyone from HR or an area manager - a number was left on a wall but the number was incorrect. None of the stuff that needs fixing gets fixed - one of the pumps doesn't pump petrol properly and you have to deal with the complaints. The staff constantly complain and shifts are given to friends/ favourites. I had to go on LinkedIn to find HR details.
