We really appreciate you leaving this review and advice to management. We have recently launched new programmes and initiatives that encourage the flow of communication and people from sites to Support Office so we hope this resolves the disconnect issue you mentioned.
You will be miss treated by upper management who while is expected to be held by the same standards you are willing never actually uphold those standards for themselves while simultaneously being abused by the employees who are your direct reports because this company gives basic employees several protection against disciplinary actions making it very difficult to correct poor behavior and remove underperforming employees. You will be undercompensated for all of your work and be expected to work yourself to death all to line the pockets of the people above you who have absolutely no idea how to truly run a customer service business where the focus is the customers and the people that brake care of them
