Pros
I enjoy my job in Bakewell ,Applegreen because I work along some great women. We all get along and have made some new friends, Our New Manager is great too (Unfortunately she too will moving on soon) I just hope our next manager is as good :) .I have learned so much since i started in June 2016 and met great people.
Cons
Only downsides really is the Pay, I'm on minimum wage (9.15 p/h) but so are the members of the shop, Us in the Bakewell work at such a fast past and with all out duties (Cooking,Baking,filling in every little detail of cooking temperatures,hot holding,day-doting,fresh and frozen food tractability..etc) It can seen very unfair that we are all recieving the same pay.There is also no staff discounts and can cost alot when you tot it up at the end of the week. (2pc sandwich/wrap/baguette 4e x 3-5days :(..) It pays the bills and runs a house for myself and my partner and two young children, so I'll be staying put till I win the lotto of course :)
