Pros
There's a lot happening at Applause. It's fairly niche but broad at the same time. Very diverse set of offerings in multiple QA domains.
Cons
When I left there was no clear career path and no initiative to create one in the group I was in. Very tough to succeed in an environment that is not transparent about what it expects.
