      -Micromanagement -Terrible managers, they made people into managers who should only be individual contributors and don't know how to guide -Product is expensive and pointless -Toxic work environment -HR is corrupt -Bro culture -High turnover for AEs and BDRs

      * Good work life balance * Flexibility to work from home when needed * The crowd source community is what drives this company * Great managers

      Cons

      * Company is driven 100% by Sales management * No career path * Sink or swim mentality * Promotions given mostly by preference and friendships * All white male senior exec team with no diversity * CEO and Finance exec are cheap and will not invest on teams. They've cut pay to the bread and butter of this company: The testing community * Raises have been cut significantly the last 2 years and do not meet the national average, even if you meet and exceed all your year goals. * Bro mentality across the exec and management teams

      Pros

      1) The food /beverage/snack options. 2) Team members are very helpful, work very closely, and you can make friends and bond easily over how dreadful the work environment is. 3) The entire company is very protective of their company culture. If you are recently out of college and starting your career, this is the place for you as you will learn how a company shouldn't be run.

      Cons

      Frankly I don't have much work experience but something is just not right about this place. Management can be too political at times. Far too much in terms of opacity between departments. Collaboration can sometimes be seen as a waste of time by management when it should be encouraged to develop better company morale.
