Pros
The Office is in a great location. It is Downtown Washington DC right next to a Metro Station. Most of the people have pretty good attitudes and make the work environment enjoyable. Company outings and Company Cruises were enjoyable.
Cons
If you notice, the only Pro's I had were pretty much about location, the few great people that work there and minimal company perks. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A CON! The work load is ridiculous for the money that people are paid. The management is HORRIBLE. The whole hire from within method works well when the people are competent. IT'S NOT WORKING ANYBILL! Let it go! There may be 2 managers that I have respect for and neither of them are higher ups! My manager was great. He taught me so much that I will be useful in my current position. I really wanted to not have a con, but I have to be real with myself and understand that Cruises and gifts can not cover us the consistent bs.
