Pros
Team members can be alright especially local ones. Nevertheless they too are suffering from the super disorganized structure of Ant Group.
Cons
Terrible support system and everyone who is based in HQ are just as selfish as they can be. When you ask for help or bring up something, they do not help you. Instead they tend to make it like it is your problem to deal with or think that you should be the one who deals with it. In short, you're are on your own without any form of support or guidance.
