      Pros

      Working at Anglepoint has been one of the most rewarding career moves I’ve made. My manager is incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in my growth. There’s a real sense of trust and encouragement to take ownership and do meaningful work. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance, and it’s clear how you can progress if you’re willing to put in the effort. Recognition doesn’t get lost here - when you do good work, people notice and appreciate it.

      Cons

      Since the company is fully remote, it can be harder to build that spontaneous connection with colleagues or brainstorm as naturally as you would in person. It’s not a major issue, but something that comes with the territory of remote work.

      Company is growing quickly, which comes with some growing pains—processes, tools, and structure aren’t fully scaled yet, so there are inefficiencies in some areas.
