Great job all around. Attitude is everything! We sell beer! Great market experience, benefits and better people. Those who complain are those who don't know how to appreciate a good job and always look at the bad. Every job/career has it's obstacles, if you aren't willing to challenge yourself then look for company that doesn't offer growth and go for the easy way out. From the CEO on down, Andrews is full of people who care, not only about their employees and their families, but for every retail customer who they do business with. Warning: this company is for those who are excited to go to work everyday and strive to better themselves in every situation. If you're one to complain or not be grateful for this exciting and fruitful industry, you need not apply. Management works hard to provide every opportunity for growth and gives their employees the tools needed to succeed. From there, personal responsibility is a must and one should be highly motivated. You walk into the world you make and with a growing and diverse company like Andrews, you can write your own ticket. You just have to believe it and be it. I honestly can't think of any negative when it comes to selling beer. Again, attitude and integrity is huge amongst Andrews employees.
