Company doesn't have cash flow problem, better job security as long as Amazon doesn't have cash problem.
Cons
Rigid, old-style, management, more like low-tech workshop, not suitable for exceptional engineers. Comparing to west coast hi-tech companies, this company is far behind in terms of work culture, value.
