Interview Structure (3 Rounds):
Round 1: Hiring Manager or Recruiter screening call.
Round 2: Behavioral interview with 5–6 competency-based questions.
Round 3: Comprehensive behavioral and technical interview assessing engineering fundamentals, design knowledge, and practical problem-solving skills.

1) Tell me about a time you improved a system or process that was already working.
2) Tell me about a time you took ownership of a problem outside your lane.
3) Beam deflection, stress-strain and basic robotics questions

Interview
There were total 3 interviews. Started with the hiring manager. Next two were lead engineers in the team.
Behavioural questions are asked and answers expected in strcutured STAR format. Technical Follow-up questionsn asked to dive deeper into technical aspects of the project explained.

Scheduled with recruiter. There were 2 rounds of interviewing. Only got up to first round general engineering interview and had to utilize STAR method to explain the experiences in my resume
