Pros
Great for employers with children as work time is flexible and if your workload is manageable. (Workload distribution across employees varies greatly.) Employees across departments are very helpful and friendly. You can enjoy your work if it's right for you.
Cons
A lot of politics having employees to showcase, or peacock display their work to get promotions. Salary well-below industrial average. Could be just be me. Felt exploited. HR dept is good for almost nothing. Work could be more enjoyable if fairly compensated.
