Quality of care for patients are subpar and if you speak up you get retaliated against and isolated . It’s all about who is friend with who and who knows who and who goes out to get beer with who after work to be liked in this system. Management is toxic and uses strong retaliatory tactics to wear you out so you quit. In short they favor 2-3 people in the group and protect them and retaliate and micromanage the rest. Very toxic.
