Interview
3 person panel had good challenging questions that caught me off guard. Luckily had good experience and scenarios to provide real answers. Had a lovely conversation with recruiter who made me excited for the position.

Interview
Overall, the interview process was disorganized and completely lacked professional courtesy. A few things stood out :
1. The interview felt incredibly cold and robotic. The senior recruiter opened the call by asking me to walk through my resume and then muted themself. There was no introduction to the company or role itself, making the call entirely one-sided and uninformative.
2. The job description was misleading. I wasn't told until the very end of the call that the team is looking for Workday Studio experience--a specific, highly technical skill set that was never mentioned. Leaving this out of the JD is a blatant waste of time for everyone involved.
3. Despite being promised feedback by "the end of next week", the recruiter never reached out again. I didn't receive a response until a month later via a generic, automated rejection email.

Interview
The interview overall pleasant however there were few things I wish were better. There were five people during the interviewing however, one was in the car then kept turning on and off the camera which was very distracting. Another person at the main coorporate office had a bad internet connection and her questions weren't clear and I tried to be understanding but it got annoying half way into the interview.
