Not sure if employees get paid time off now during holidays, but that would be a great addition!

lots of activities, socializing, personal connections, and lots of homemade food

uncontrollable factors, such as how the day will go, lots of uncertainty in escalated situations, emotional overstimulation, sometimes put in dangerous situations, and high levels of responsibility for others actions.
