      Great place to work if you are only looking for experience

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about you. They don't offer raises. You receive no support. They only offer 30 minute PTO. You don't really great trained. You're just expected to pick up the teaching methods.

      lots of activities, socializing, personal connections, and lots of homemade food

      Cons

      uncontrollable factors, such as how the day will go, lots of uncertainty in escalated situations, emotional overstimulation, sometimes put in dangerous situations, and high levels of responsibility for others actions.
