I'm glad to hear you were provided sufficient time off when needed. Work life balance has always been a priority of ours. It is unfortunate, however, that you feel there was no ability to advance or difficulty in getting raises. Our policy has long been to, on an annual or semi-annual basis, review all jobs and wages at the company to ensure we're paying competitively. We always encourage employees to take on additional responsibilities, and in turn we look to promote those who do. In fact I'm proud that in the past two years we've had 10% of our staff promoted internally into new positions! Furthermore, while we are proud of our family-owned history, we are no longer a family owned company.
