Low pay, poor benefits -even after the acquisition, PTO is use it or lose it, no 401k match
Was family owned. Only members of family are in management. Family members are distrustful, uncaring - even the most loyal and hard working employees feel uneasy. Sold off to a poorly managed holding company that many believe is prepping to shutdown within a year after selling the brand. Employees are afraid and are left with the choice of looking for other jobs or waiting for unemployment. Not a good environment, and no change on the horizon. Definition of a dead end job.
