Pros
The people are nice. Manager was progressive.
Cons
The crowd is WAY too old. Managers are quick to turn on you and talk behind your back. As a recent grad just entering the field I would NOT suggest working here. There are no flex hours. Equipment is out of date. The IT team isn't knowledgeable at all. If I wanted to google a problem on my computer I could do it myself. I didn't have the proper tools to do my job and the tools I did have were sub-par. Some how all of that was my fault? The team is stuck in archaic ways and holding back any progress. I actually felt like I was unlearning all the skills I had acquired through my diploma. There are people trying to do jobs that they clearly have no experience in. I guess they are trying to cut costs but the end product is severely poor.
