      Horrible Place To Work

      Some of the people were nice.

      Cons

      Very stressful and uptight work environment. Not relaxing or fun. A horrible place to go to on a daily basis. No room for advancement. There is a lot of untapped talent that doesn't get utilized. Lots of fake people work here.

      Terrible Micro Managers Running the Company

      Pros

      Has very good medical/dental benefits and 401k program. Some very good and knowledgeable people that can really help grow the company if they let them.

      Cons

      Terrible morale within the company. No flex time offered, poor communication between departments, and no time for strategy---product development is done on a whim. Poor management within the Marketing Department and no room for advancement within the company. Very high turnover.

      Where do I begin. - Work hours - Benefits - Some upper management - Communications to employees - Employee turnover - Employee morale If I could have rated zero stars I would have.
