Pros
The pay was decent, it was WFH, and the hours were flexible. They did add a human nature you don't see a lot in Corporate jobs.
Cons
Their training needs serious work. They said they don't have an official training program. The woman who is suppose to be the "Training coordinator" doesn't even train you. She sets up meetings for you to meet everyone else but then you don't see her again. But this isn't the issue. The main issue seems to be that they are AWARE their training is consistent but they won't give you grace when that reflects in your work. It also appears management has a half grip on what's going on. Its apparent some management knows what they're doing while others will barely answer your question.
