      Great people and great experiences. Chance to travel and work on a variety of different types of projects.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be non-existent at times. Company stronger in the east coast than on the west coast. Salaries have become less competitive in recent years.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
