The interview process was fairly easy overall. Most of the questions were general and the conversation was primarily discussion-based rather than highly technical. Lengthy, intense psychometric test, 45 questions and without context provided to make a judgement call. Seems quite excessive and not relevant to the role. It seems they can’t seem to make a decision without multiple rounds, yet want someone who makes judgement calls based on gut feel, is confident on making quick decisions without all the information - pretty ironic given their hiring process.
