Pros

Intelligent, driven colleagues with a strong collaborative culture . Good office location. Feels like a meritocracy although the career path is not clear there is plenty of room for entrepreneurial thinking.

Cons

Firm is very ambitious. There is no clear career pathway. The brand is not well known outside of the core restructuring market

Pros

- Compensation is good - Higher fees typically mean you're doing more high level work (i.e., not long boring implementations) - In P&T you don't have to live near an office, just near an airport - For the most part, weekends are respected - For the most part, everyone at the firm is smart and hardworking, the few exceptions typically get weeded out eventually

Cons

- High degree of variability in travel, weekend work, etc. across the firm - you need to find the good managers to work for - Like all consulting, when work gets busy your personal life is expected to take a back seat
