Wins are celebrated, credit is shared, and people genuinely want to see their teammates do well. It does not feel like a place where people are competing against each other. It feels like a place where people are trying to make each other better. Leadership is also very accessible and engaged. There is a clear focus on customers, employees, and continuous improvement. I have seen leaders ask for feedback, listen to ideas, and give people room to take ownership when they identify a better way to do something. As a Customer Success Manager, I also appreciate how much the company cares about customers. The focus is not just on the product, but on helping customers get value, remove roadblocks, and succeed.

Things can move quickly, so you need to be comfortable adapting and helping improve how work gets done. This is not necessarily a negative, but it is something new employees should understand. I've had the opportunity to work at AlgoSec for several years and have grown both technically and professionally during my time here. The company provides exposure to some of the world's largest enterprise environments, allowing engineers to work on complex network security, firewall management, cloud security, and automation projects. One of the biggest strengths of AlgoSec is its customer-focused culture. Employees are trusted to take ownership, collaborate across teams, and contribute ideas. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies, work with major security vendors, and develop expertise in areas such as security policy management, cloud security, compliance, and automation. The leadership team is approachable, and the work environment encourages continuous learning and professional growth. Colleagues are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help. A great company for professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity, network automation, and working with enterprise customers. I've gained valuable experience, expanded my technical expertise, and had opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

As with any customer-facing role, priorities can shift quickly based on business needs and customer requirements. At times, managing multiple projects and deadlines can be challenging, especially during high-demand periods.
