      Pros

      Management team is in Israel and actually very nice people to work for. The company has been around for 10 years now. Niche product that is considered a "nice to have"

      Cons

      Management team in the US is very inept. From a sales perspective there is a GM for the states and they recently brought on a Sales manager. They are both useless. No thoughts or ideas. They manage by spreadsheet only. In my 2 year tenure they have joined my client meetings on 2 occasions. Do not join as a sales person- keep looking!!

      Review of company culture and North American operations

      Pros

      The product is excellent and very stable. It provides a service that links to the very well known firewall brands which exposes it well. Any company from smallish medium sized to enterprise level would be a target.

      Cons

      The Israeli management micro-manages the NorAm team. They do no stick to any particular plan - they will turn on a dime and go in a different direction They are reluctant to spend money on marketing or staffing in North America.

      A decent product and it was a remote job

      Cons

      The software is really antiquated looking and I lost sales because of it. Customers said as much. The executive team in charge of North America was awful. No one knew what to do and they was so much conflicting messaging from up top that I spent 6 months doing exactly what they said to execute in my sales region. This was one of the most cutthroat and unscrupulous companies I’ve ever worked for. Selling cars in my 20s was the only thing worse.
