Pros
Alcon has a great atmospehere and people that made me feel welcomed during my internship. I worked in many different areas from from development to support and many others. Alcon let me use what I learned in the classroom as well as teaching me many skills. And Alcon pays its internes which helped me pay for my a year of school. Finally, I loved working there because I felt motivated to walk in knowing I would feel rewarded from what I was learning but more rewarded for the services Alcon provides for the patients.
Cons
Not many opportunities to work with people my age. I was still an college student and had to quickly learn to work with people my parents age. But at the end of the day this taught me a valuable life skill of working with different people.
