      None really worst experience I ever had

      Cons

      Employees are poorly treated and take it out on each other the managers like to bully and insult those who work under them which creates an environment where no one has any incentive to work effectively. Too much outsourcing over the last 7 years has made a mess of Alcon.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
